What is eCommerce Fraud?

Fraud in eCommerce, is a criminal task executed during a commercial transaction over the web. The goal of an eCommerce fraud is to steal any personal or financial information of customers or data stored in company records. An eCommerce fraud can not just affect the merchant’s bottom line but it can also deteriorate business reputation, leading to huge loss.
