Project Highlights

The website of RPTech India started experiencing immense traffic online after the pandemic. They almost saw an increase of 70% in traffic as their consumers went from offline to online mode of shopping fast during this period. However, their website was not ready at that point to cater to the excessive demands of B2B and B2C buyers. Therefore, they planned to optimize with the goal to improve the CX and our team helped them in doing so profitably.


Theme Customization

To give a new look and feel to their brand’s website, our team worked on Magento theme customization, and some custom modules were also developed to fulfill their specific requirements. The resultant theme 100% reflected their brand identity and style.


Performance Optimization

Our team aimed to reduce their website page loading speed to three seconds for a better B2B and B2C experience. To achieve the same, we worked on AWS server fine-tuning and ensured the website worked fast, even during flash traffic sales. JMeter was used as a load testing tool in the process.


Product Management

RPTech India is a renowned brand with more than 2994 SKUs in inventory. To help them manage all their products and improve business processes, product labeling was managed from the backend, and grouped product customization was also implemented.

RP Tech is one of the leading brands in India, having a solid distribution network of 50 service centers, 50 branches, and 59 warehouses that serve 7000+ B2B consumers in more than 700 locations across the country. The main challenge behind this project was data management and the management of their broad range of projects. We divided the project into four phases – research, planning, development, and testing- to ensure everything aligned with the end goal.
