When the Doorstep Market team approached Envision eCommerce, we were given a 3-months time to complete the entire project. Tight timelines were the main challenge behind this project. Also, the team needed help defining the project scope, competition, technology stack, and other related factors before jumping into the development. The key results that our team derived in a three-months time frame include the following:

  • Design and development of a robust marketplace that allowed local sellers to register themselves and start selling online in just a few taps.
  • Development of an admin panel that provided a bird's eye view of business processes to help manage everything seamlessly.
  • Several third-party integrations were done for services like CRM, POS collection, logistics management, and others to ensure the proper functioning of the marketplace.
  • Right after a month of the launch, the platform started getting more than 200k visits per month. It also received the Adobe Experience Maker of the year award in the Maverick Award in 2021.
