The customer wanted to develop a platform where people needing food could order it with just a few taps. The team at LSS selected Envision eCommerce as their tech partner, and our team understood all their needs and vision. We developed an easy-to-use and robust online food ordering platform from scratch using Adobe Commerce Cloud that is fulfilling the client’s expectations.
The LSS team wanted to expand its offerings, so they needed a solution that offered a full suite of tools to streamline communication between prospects, customers, and team members. We helped them integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM, which met all their needs the way they wanted.
To avoid the hassles of paying every time customers order food, a unique recurring subscription service model was implemented. It allows customers to set up product subscriptions for specific times and order food items conveniently.
Their team wanted to provide special and customized experiences to their loyal and regular customers. So customer segmentation was done to display different products and prices for each visitor of the website.
